What a great day to work with great Buyers! So rare that a Buyer is savvy enough to NOT have their hand held all of the way! They secured insurance, wired money to the title company, worked out utilities, flew in from out of town the night before closing, walked through and closed without incident! Best of all they LOVE us!!! Buyers like this are so great to work with. Stress free? Thats for ME!! :)

Yeah, you're not kidding. Most of my buyers are NOT like that, but the occasional one really makes you grateful.

Buyers like this are a rare fine. I have had one carefree buyer as you mentioned in the last two years. We were able to clsoe two weeks after the offer was accepted. Boy, I could use more of these!
