Property Condition or not? - Is the Seller required under the MAR or Regional contract to repair?????

Today at the Kentlands Long and Foster office Susann Haskins, manager, Joy Siegel and Melanie Keegan had a great discussion of various property condition items with the agents on whether or not the seller was required to remedy them under both the Regional Contract and the MAR Contract.  Great debate.  So, here is my first question to you.....are items not up to current code required to be repaired by the seller under either contract?  For example, does a seller have to change an electrical outlet in a bathroom to a GFI?  Answer is No, neither contract requires this.
