Good News! Nashville, Brentwood and Franklin Real Estate Market Update

So, it's not over till it's over!

Here is the second quarter market update for Williamson and the greater Nashville, Green Hills and Belle Meade area of Davidson County. In general, its all about good news! As you can see inventory and days on the market are down and prices are up. That seems to be true especially in the lower price tier of the market. That would indicate that the short sales and foreclosures are starting to get cleaned up. We will keep our eye on the market over the next quarter in hopes to see that translat to the higher priced tiers as well.
