Just met with a plumber a few days ago and he came up with a great idea to do a FREE assessment on your home before you put it on the mls system.
Once you receive an offer that works for you, the next step is the inspection. Most buyers will do an inspection before firming up the deal. You want to be able to eliminate as many negative comments from the inspector to make the buyer comfortable with their decision. Why not get a plumber in your house to look things over so that if there is anything of concern it can be identified and fixed properly by a qualified plumber before your inspection.
The plumber is one of the professionals you want to visit your home before you put your house u for sale. You will do all the necessary steps to ensure your home is clean, the kids put their clothes away, the house is staged, the grass is cut ( or the snow has been removed), you might even out out some flowers or bake a cake. Why not get your house ready for the inspection as well. It's just as important as making your house look inviting. The last thing you want is a failed inspection.
