I went down to the South Waterfront Condos yesterday to view the units that were for auction and WOW! These condos are amazing. This picture is from one of the living rooms of a condo that was open for viewing.
One thing that I learned which I also felt was important was that a Broker must go with you for the first time you go see these in order for you to have representation as a buyer. Having a Realtor represent you is FREE and easy. Here is what I would do if you choose to have me represent you:
1. Accompany you on the FIRST visit to the community.
2. Attend the Auction and be present with you in the contract room to assist with your contract documentation and loan processing.
3. Follow through with overall Escrow completion, loan, and/or cash requirements to the close of Escrow. Buyer's MUST register their Broker on the Bidder Registration form.
4. Your Broker must have submitted the appropriate forms to the Auction Information Center no later than Friday, September 18, 2009.
