All Information pertains to Single Family (SF) homes only.  As of Sept 12, 2009: There are 212  ACTIVE listings, AVG Days on Market = 103. Prices range from $169,900 to $1,499,900

24 of the 212 Active listings are UNDER DEPOSIT AND 38 are PENDING and due to Close.  This number is promising, as only 22 closed in Sept of 2008.

21 of the Active homes are priced UNDER $300,000.  31 homes have sold since January 2009 under $300,000. It is a great time for first-time homebuyers to purchase in Trumbull.  In all of 2007 - ONLY 6 homes sold under $300,000. 

As of 9/12/09 - 113 of the Active homes are priced under $450,000 and 99 are priced over $451,000.  This is a great time to buy with the lower end of the market being very hot in Trumbull.

Yes - the lower end of the prices in Trumbull are definitely all the first time homebuyers trying to take advantage of the $8000 tax credit and there are so many homes in that price range to choose from now.
