Help with Profile

Hello everyone,

 

I hope I am asking for help in the right place. I am trying to edit my profile and have it complete. I keep getting this message at the top of my edit page.

Your account is not currently listed because you are missing Primary Market information (located above your photo on the right). To re-activate your account and have it listed simply fill out your Primary Market information and click the Save button.

 

I do have this information completed and can not figure out how to  "get listed". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anna,

Ok, I went to my profile and clicked on edit to see if I could help.  If you have everything completed, you should just click on "Save Profile" and it should Save.  If this doesn't work, I can send an email to a couple of the experts and see if one of them can walk you thru it.

You can click the Q & A Button on the top of this page and type in "profiles".  It will go through the whole process with you.

You can also click this and go the this blog that talks about profiles.  I found it very informative and helpful.

Thank you for the link. I went and read and it still gives me the same error.

Judi,

Nothing is working. I have everything filled in properly including my Primary Market Info, and still no luck. I think we may need the experts. Is there an admin person who I can contact about this problem?

Anna, click on Contact Active Rain on the bottom right of this page.

Hi, Anna!  I have the same problem, so I think it's the system.  We'll just have to wait and see if it gets fixed soon.  On the bright side, we can still post comments.  LOL

I thought I might be able to help you with this one, but I'm out of ideas.

Send an email to one of the tech guys at AR - they will get back to you as soon as they can.

Since several Members seem to be having this problem, they're probably working on it already.

Thank you for checking this problem out.  If you can't figure it out -- it has to be a hiccup and the AR Guys will get it fixed!
