This is a year over year analysis for the general North Lake Tahoe markets which include all neighborhoods between Kings Beach, CA and Homewood, CA.  I have also included an analysis for the neighborhoods between Carnelian Bay, CA and Tahoe City, CA.  Each market analysis is broken into 3 segments: the $0-$500K price range, the $500k-$1M range, and the $1M+ market. I have not included lakefronts in this market analysis due to the large fluctuations in pricing of these homes along with the limited amount of data available.  I would be happy to discuss this information or custom tailor an analysis for your individual needs.
