Just yesterday, in this blog group, or perhaps another that I read routinely, someone posted about a service provider, called Animoto. Their website is http://animoto.com. I thought the blog post sounded interesting. It was free. So, I made a note to go to the website later in the day and test it out.
It's way cool! All you need to do is sign up. It's free and doesn't ask many questions....just a user name and password. Then it asks you to upload photos or video clips. You can upload as many as you like. They have a music library, where you can select music, or a sound track for you presentation (free again). Then, you proceed to have them mix-mash a presentation. If it's all photos, it will be a slide show, with fun angles and views and interactions between pics. If it's a mixture of photos and video, it will mix the two together in unusual ways. It's fast too. In just a few seconds, I was ready to look at my first test presentation. It was great! I loved it. However, if you don't, you can remix it, and it will come out fresh and new, totally different from the previous presentation.
I tell you, ain't technology great? I learn so much from AR here. And, I'm always amazed at the new services and features being offered.
