They will be de-programmed before they are shipped. Yes they can be reprogrammed by your MLS to work.

Jeffrey, I do have a paypal account. I have the 5 available and there are more coming as our board changes systems, we have agents in our office looking to sell theirs. There should be plenty coming. I am going to try to help this along and get as many as people need.
