A quick tip for staging your home!

Market View Point: what the buyer sees first.

Selling Feature: the feature that makes the room uniquely desirable

Be sure the buyer sees what will best sell the room in the best possible presentation!

In this room, the Market View Point AND the Selling Feature is the fireplace and surrounding windows. However, when everything was white, the fireplace was quite small in appearance, painting the walls enhanced the windows and elongated the fireplace drawing a desirable selling feature to the forefront!

Hi Debra - What a Great Job!

What I really like about this room you've done is that without the wall color, the windows looked so naked, making the room seem so vulnerable, like you are being peeped in on.

With the wall color, the inside of the room seems more private, and the outside seems like a view to look out at.

Amazing how the entire feeling of this room has changed inside out.

Amazing how colour can change things. I really like how the features of the room stand out now. I like the colour that was chosen for the walls.

In the before photo, there is a blue line around the carpet. Was the carpet changed?
