This past Wednesday I took a course in green homes at the Delaware Real Estate convention in Dover.
The class was taught by a gentleman who founded a design company call elementdg.com
Although I do not practice all elements of green living for practical reasons and monetary reason, I practice as much as I can.
I went into this class thinking he would say stuff just for home builders and not get into all aspects of green living, but to my good fortune he was extremely knowledgeable.
I will be writing another blog on this class in the very near future giving some examples of how green homes can be affordable and priced for more homes than you think.
