Need Some Expert Help - Adding to Personal Website

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Atlanta Decatur Homes

I'm interested in adding  a CHECK YOUR HOME VALUE or FIND THE VALUE OF YOUR HOME page on my website, but I'm not sure if this is something you have to subscribe to or if you set it up yourself.  Seems like there are alot of free sites that offer this option.  Would it be feasible to simply link to one of these sites or is there a better way to accomplish this?  Help is tremendously appreciated!!

Go to eppraisal.com you can sign up for their pro version which has no ads or just use their site as is. I  am using their pro version you do have to give a credit card and pay for leads if a user does sign up on the site. ( a user can use the site all they want for property value searches for free, the sign up is really only if they would like to have a real appraisal done) You can pick a max of 10 leads a month. (9.95 a lead) I have not had anyone  sign up  but if they did basically $10 bucks for a lead is not bad.  Another free value site is www.cyberhomes.com I like eppraisal over a lot of the other sites because it gives a range versus a set value, god knows we see the variance from one site to another. If you use a link always have it open up in a new window so you are not taking visitors off your site.

Hi Sharon -

You actually already have that feature available in your Agent XSite.  You can just turn on the Home Price Index page, and it will estimate the homes value based on data from Freddie Mac.

I think that's a better option than linking to an outside source.  It should also be a good lead capture tool for you.

Hope this helps.
