I would say that for sold homes the average days on market is not bad at 35.  The average SALE price of homes this year quite a bit less than the CURRENT list price of active listings.  Hm... wonder why the actives haven't sold yet?  :)

Everybody says the #1 rule of selling real estate is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.  Bleh.  I say price is #1.  I can sell a house anywhere if it's priced right.
