Enjoy the Camano Island experience just 11 miles off HI-5 towards the west. No ferry hassles just a straight shot. The unique unspoiled hills and uncrowded shores bring you a sense of peacefulness and tranquility you can't compare to any where else.
There is a beautiful Camano Island State Park where you can just relax, enjoy the seals floating down the straits. How about launching the boat and enjoying a fishing trip or catching a few crabs along the way. Taking a crab pot to the beach and having a crab feast. May be staying the weekend at the lovely serene private wooded camp grounds. Watching the kites fly high in the breeze or just taking in the breathtaking sunset.
If that's does not tickle your fancy visit a few fine art galleries or join us for the many art tours the island has to offer during the year. There are many talented artists that live here and enjoy this life. How about enjoying a wine taste party at the "Brindles" on Friday or Saturday night.
As you tour the island you'll definitely see an eagle sore up above on your adventure, may be see an albino deer or two along the way. Sometime you'll see a wobbling raccoon along the road or a wide rabbit hopping through the grass or even gobbling wild turkey.
