Providence Utah real estate price per square foot has been extremely up and down over the past year. Surprisingly, January and February were the highest months this year with $99 per square foot each month. There were only 4 Providence Utah homes sold in January and 3 sold in February. The reason why the price per square foot was so high is that the homes that were sold were higher end, newer homes. The average Providence Utah home price per square foot for 2009 is $86 so far.
