Im surprised to see people still advertising ARM rates. Have you had many takers on that? No one in this area will even consider it.

With ARM rates so attractively priced, we are starting to see them again. My last settlement was a 5/1 arm. These are fully amortized loans where the buyers are well qualified.

I'm surprised you're not seeing them :)
