Wonder where I've been for the last couple of weeks?
A COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE STORY!
On November 30th in Salt Lake City, I received a call from a Nurse Practitioner wanting to see a lease I
had for 1800 sq ft office in one of the buildings I had a listing in. My client had told me before Thanksgiving he had another office space in other one of his buildings that he wanted me to list for 2456 sq ft but wasn't sure if the listing of the previous Agent had expired .
My client was in Florida for Thanksgiving, I had already leased one of his offices to an Attorney in a little over a week of listing that space. Kim and I moved so fast getting things done through blogging, Internet, signs, we got a taker in a little over a week...sweet. That made my client happy and gave me another listing. In the space of 3 weeks we took over 5 listings, 2 of which are Office condo sales. call DebbieAldrich 801-870-0606.
Back to November 30th, with my client out of town, a hot prospect in hand, realizing the 1800 sq ft wasn't big enough for her needs, I started making phone 
calls and got the thumbs up on the large 2456 sq ft office space in another building (all mostly medical). Now I have a double side deal. I ran with the Nurse to show the other office and it was perfect but with a lot of renovation needed for her Birth and Pregnancy Center. It took a lot of back and forth, she needs half of it completed by January 1st or shortly after, negotiating terms, who pays for what in major renovation etc.. began. My client in Florida returned on December 
2nd, we signed listing agreement on December 7th and I got a 7 year lease signed by the Nurse December 10th, Whew!!! Now the fun began with architects, plumbers, contractors, both
clients, numbers etc....as of last night plans were signed off on and demolition begins and it is for a great center. info@PropertiesofUtah.com
It was a hectic, stressful, crazy for days but all parties are happy and we got her 
done! That's why I love my job. When things all come together and its a good thing!!
We are working on getting the office condos sold....have any investors out there?
