I can already confirm that 2010 is going to be a fantastic year. I have submitted an offer to purchase on a property that has been for sale for 3 years and I have buyers actively looking! This is the first full week of 2010 and things are off to a great start. Current homeowners have the opportunity to make a move since the homebuyer tax credit has been extended to those who currently own a home that has been a primary residence for the past 5 years.
