2nd lien holders are holding real estate agents "hostage" and it's happening all the time. We need to let everyone know that this practice is illegal (on the part of the lender) to even suggest an "oustide the Hud" option.
Suggest that you cut and past the link and let's shut this practice down. Send to other agents, your local MLS, TV/Radio/Newspaper reporters and if you are negotiating a short sale, let your seller's know too!
