Tom Hennigan built this contemporay Montclair Hills home in the mid 60's.

It has been well cared for by the family of the original owners.

It has been on the market twice and after many months with no offers, it is now stage to sell!

I met with a daugther in the family to selecting a new paint color for the kitchen. It was very fun!! I asked her to paint the ceiling white.

Kathy-would have loved to place another end table next to the sofa-no room, so I added two sofa tables against the walls with lamps.
