Ed, that is a very nice listing. There were very few Open Houses around here today, so I skiped Open Houses and took my wife out to lunch for Valentine's Day.

George, there were quite a few Open Houses today. We did dinner this evening with the eldest Grandson, who turns 17 2/19 and the youngest grandson, who turns 1 on 2/26. Needless to say the little guy got the attention and I got an email with an offer on the Open House. Not a bad day after all.
