The following properties were auction offed at the court house steps in Wailuku. 

  1. 80 Halili lane 8-H Kihei, HI 96753 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder for the sum of $363,395.13
  2. 4955 Hanawai street 1-102 Lahaina HI 96761 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder for the sum of $320,395.05
  3. 3740 Lower Honoapiilani Highway unit F-304 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder for the sum of $261,874.05
