Unfortunaty
I was informed by the sellers agent hat they have closed her case and refused our offer (via letter she received on Saturday). The will be filing foreclosure against her and she is only 30 days behind. We had a bonified offer that met all of the “banks requirements” The listing agent is still trying to “save the deal” but the negotiator for the bank is out of office until the 29th.
Apparently the seller has had a heart attack and is under considerable stress due to all of this.
I realize that this is more info than you needed to hear…..and the listing agent and I have been doing everything within our power to make something..anything happen… It is absolutely absurd and banks just need to get the H**L out of the way and let us help make peoples hopes and DREAMS come true.
Now that that is all said.
What we offered should have worked.
Pleases understand I am doing everything I can possibly think of the make your and accommodations a possibility without costing you a fortune!!
These great people moving from out of town are now down to crunch time! I so feel like I let them down! AndI know I did everything within my power as did the selling(listing) agent. My heart goes out to everyone involved.
At some time the uncooperative BANKS just need to get out of the way!
