Cloud CMA Tip: FIRST, perform your search and find your comps in IRESis. The MLS has extensive search capabilities that allows you to find the best comparable properties. THEN, open Cloud CMA and enter the MLS numbers. We do not recommend using the "Proximity" search in Cloud because location is the sole criteria. If you haven't used Cloud CMA yet, links are located on the Start Screen and under the Reports tab. This software creates attractive and dynamic reports to share with your clients: CMA's, Property reports (for Open Houses, presentations) and Buyer Tours (for showings).
