Worthington House Values - What's Your Worthington or Northwest Columbus Home Worth?
Did you see the front page of the Columbus Dispatch Sunday? The title ' Dispatch Analysis, What's Your House Worth?' is actually all in caps. The Columbus Dispatch is screaming....
Did you read the article by Jim Weiker about "What's Your House Worth? I love the map! The title above is a link to the article with maps and chart in case you missed it.
The article using Columbus Board of REALTORS MLS statistics shows the 2009 value of homes in comparison to the 2005 value of homes.
A poll about the Columbus Dispatch article? Does the Columbus Dispatch article tell you what your house is worth? Do you know what it was worth in 2005 to subtract out the percentage home values have dropped? Is house value just a math problem?

Worthington House Values - What's Your Home Worth?
Worthington / Riverlea - The City of Worthington and the Village of Riverlea. Neighborhoods like Colonial Hills, Kilbourne Village, Linworth, Olentangy Hills, Wilson Hills, Worthington Estates, Worthingway and others in the City of Worthington are included. The Village of Riverlea is surrounded by the City of Worthington and the Olentangy River on the west. For a number of years the Village of Riverlea has been lumped into the same MLS area as the City of Worthington, that MLS area does not include the whole school district.
Far North - The Sanctuary, Schoolside Village, The Woods at the Josephinum, Village at Worthington, Westworth Village, Worthington Highlands and other neighborhoods in the Worthington City School District in the City of Columbus or Sharon Township,
Far Northwest* - Brookside Estates, part of Brookside Woods, Olentangy Highbluffs, part of Old Sawmill, Olentangy Highlands, Stilson Highlands, Stilson Village, Summerwood, Western Hills, Woodbridge Green, Worthington Green, Worthington Hills, Worthingwoods and many other neighborhoods in the City of Columbus or Perry or Sharon Townships. There are neighborhoods in the area identified on the map as Far Northwest in this article which are in the Columbus City School District and the Dublin City School District as well.
*I can not tell by the map if the % for Far Northwest includes neighborhoods inside and outside 270, looking at the map I assume both and have included neighborhoods inside and outside 270 above. The article refers to MLS "districts."
The school district boundaries in Central Ohio were established before much of this area was developed. Much of north and northwest Franklin County... Far North and Far Northwest area was annexed to the City of Columbus as it turned from rural farm fields to subdivisions .
