I have to say I was impressed!  Spend quite a while on the phone with Josh from AR.  He is an asset.  I will be diving in-LOL.

I am an eternal student so the blog help will be great!  I love to speak on the career I have chosen & all the changes that happen.  Continuing education is imperative.

I look forward to providing good input as I am confident I know my local market in Daytona area of Florida so well.

If you are in FL you know that Short Sales & Foreclosures are the chunk of the inventory.  That is why I got the SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) Designation.  I also carry a broker/associate & a CAM-as well as ABR & RELO.  Like I said-eternal student - LOL  I think we all need to be.
