View homes in Payson, AZ, are a category of home in and of themselves. Many people move to Payson for the spectacular views of the Mogollan Rim and the surrounding mountains. Some less expensive areas in Payson where one can find view homes include the area around Summit and Rimview streets (South central Payson), Ridge Lane and the surrounding area (Payson SE), some homes near the lakes (off Main St.), as well as outlying area such as Star Valley, East Verde Estates, and Mesa del Caballo.
Basically, for views, think HIGH- homes on hills or OUT- homes on the edges of the town or the subdivision.
