Tamalpais High School's Re-Opening Celebration is fast approaching! The long-anticipated event takes place on Saturday, May 22, 2010. The whole community is invited to enjoy the end result of many years of modernization of the 100-year-old Tam campus. (See below for the campus map). Tours, food, music, entertainment and activities for the whole family are scheduled from 10 am- 3pm.
Please note that tour times have changed to 10:30 am, 12:30, and 2:00 pm.

Film: "REUNION" features the history of Tam. Shown in Classroom 2020, Lower Keyser, at 1:00 & 3:00; AIM program film shorts shown at 12:15 & 2:00.
Fine and Applied Art: Ceramics, Photo and Visual Arts displayed in Centennial Square. Small woodturning projects for adults or child (10 yrs+) offered in the Wood Shop from 12- 3 pm.
Food: $1 Barbeque hamburgers and hot dogs near Gus Gym in front of school. Bake sale sponsored by the sophomore class.
Fun Run: 5.5 mile Run and a Walking Course, all welcome at 10 am at the track
Fun Zone: Free children's activities, including a Bounce House, Giant Slide, Bumper Cars, 12-3 pm. Sponsored by Tam Foundation/Steve & Kate's Camp
Guides: Student leaders will be on campus to give directions & assist as needed
Gus and Ruby Scott Gym: Open courts for basketball or games, 12:00-4:00 pm
History: Displays of archival records and books, memorabilia and photos
Info Booth/First Aid: Set up in front of the arches
Library: Open in Wood Hall from 12-3 pm. View Yearbooks from 1909-2009.
Music, Live: Concert Choir in Caldwell Theatre, 12-12:30; Jazz Band in Centennial Square, 12:45-1:15, Pep Band by the pool, 1:30.
Parking: Miller Avenue and Almonte Avenue parking lots open to public
Pool: Open swim from 12-4 pm. Watch Strawberry Seals from 7 am-Noon.
