It is a 4 room, 1 bedroom, 1 bath camp with plenty of room for the whole family or all your friends. As an aviation community in Ossipee NH, Windsock Village has a grass runway and beach rights on Ossipee Lake. This lot should be able to support an expansion to the house or a new hangar or garage. As an owner in Windsock Village you do not have to own an airplane or by a pilot but it can be fun to go watch the planes as they take off or land. This is a great location is the Ossipee Nh real estate market and should be on your list of must see homes for sale if you are looking in Ossipee.

Ossipee NH Windsock Village camp for sale
Both of these properties are my opinion of great values in the Ossipee NH real estate market. There may be other Ossipee NH homes for sale that are just as wonderful and I know that there are many good values in Ossipee NH and the North Conway NH area real estate market but I felt that I had led the blog up to this point where I had to put my money where my mouth is and show just 2 of the great examples of excellent value in Ossipee NH real estate
