Gwinnett County currently has over 17,000 undeveloped residential lots sitting vacant.
Gwinnett County business and government leaders have put together a stimulus package offering up to $5,000 in down payment assistance plus extremely low mortgage rates. Funding for this program is made possible through federal, state and local tax funds issued through Gwinnett County Community Development.
