Styled and Sold Home Staging, located in Westhampton Beach NY, recently staged a lovely old home in Quogue, NY. It was purchased as an investment property to be rented as a summer rental property.

The clients live in Singapore so everything was done via email until they visited at the very end of the installation.

The headboards in bedroom 4 were actually donated by the clients mother who lived locally. They were gilded, very Rococco- and the client asked for a contemporary "Zen Fushion" look which I had to translate to "High end Hamptons Summer Rental" so I painted them a fresh yellow and paired them with lots of white, teal, green and butterflies.

Allegra you did a great job of pulling it all together and making it look beachy and chic! Love those headboards too and its amazing how fresh they look with the yellow paint.

I was watching a Sarahs House on HGTV the other night and they found a pair of cheap lamp bases with a good shape and spray painted them coral and they really looked fab. Nice pop of color too!

Loved the white table over the radiator. I don't think I would have thought of that! That twin bedroom looks great.

My daugher spent a semester in college and summer in Sinapore. She loved it!
