North Seattle Market -- May Statistics
MLS Statistics show that closed sales in May were higher than in April. With the expiration of the tax credit and the Spring selling season upon us ... our North Seattle market is looking good!
Maybe a few closed transactions were due to missing the deadline on April 30 ... but ... closed sales were 27% higher in May.
Prices in North Seattle remain stable and days on market went up slightly but have consistently remained under 30 days.
