I have to address this, while others can post what is going on in the market and sales are up and inventory isdown, yada yada yada, we all know the real thought on everyone's mind...it is the OIL SPILL in the Gulf of Mexico and how it will affect our beautiful beaches along with our tourism and our economy not to mention next season...
IGNORE IT AND IT WILL GO AWAY....no it will not.
The disaster is here and the media is all over it...do not ignore fellow Neapolitans, whether buyers, sellers, seasonal residents or year round residents. The issue is here and it is here to stay.
We have to deal with it and do what we can to take care of it. This is our bit of Paradise on the Gulf of Mexico and we all have to stand up and be ready to take ACTION.
As of today and hopefully for the future, our beaches and water are clean. Let's all hope and pray that they stay this way and be ready to jump in and help if this DISASTER comes our way.
