· Working with a Realtor will help you set the correct price for your home. Listen to their advice, they know the market and know what your home should be listed for. Don't be a "let's see what happens" seller. You lose that "new on the market" buzz and will lose potential buyers.
· Working with a Professional Home Stager will help you with the condition of your home. A Home Stager will give you a detailed list of recommendations to prepare your home for the selling market. They also can assist you with as much or as little help that you may need. Again, this is NOT a "wait and see option".
Working with a Realtor that partners with a professional Home Stager can put your home on the "must see" list from the start.
If your home is already on the market you can still benefit from a home staging consultation, ask your Realtor to refer a professional home stager in your area.
