Centreville, VA: Outstanding Single Family Home in Fair Crest for $749,000

This Vincent floor plan home by Winchester Homes is exquisite.  Before it was built, the buyer told the sale rep he wanted a replica of the model.  Winchester Homes did exactly that.  You'll notice that every aspect of this home is upgraded, starting with the brick front elevation with dormers.

Inside there is over 6,000 square of finished space for you to enjoy.   At the center of the home is a magnificent kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar, tons of cabinet space, wet bar/butler's pantry, double ovens, cooktop and even a built-in desk.  The cool feel of the ceramic tile encompasses the eat-in kitchen and the owners' favorite room, the sunroom.  What's not to love about a cheerful room surrounded by windows?

Just beyond the kitchen is a two story family room featuring a wood burning/gas fireplace with a two story stone façade.  Hardwood floors are the flooring of choice here, the formal living and dining rooms and the study-a perfect home office or library behind glass French doors.

The Vincent floor plan also boasts dual staircases to the upper level.  There is a formal, angled staircase in the front of the home, and a more informal staircase in the family room.  If you take the stairs from the family room, you'll notice a small loft area featuring another built-in desk and a family room overlook.  And you'll immediately notice the refined, top of the line carpet that takes you to the second level.

The Master Suite is exactly what you would expect of a luxury home.  A grand room with tray ceiling, oversized walk-in closet and an attached bathroom with soaking tub, stall shower, water closet and two separate vanities.  The remaining three bedrooms are generously sized and all attach to a full bathroom.  Two of those three bedrooms attach to one bathroom in a Jack & Jill fashion.

The basement was made for fun.  The first thing you notice here is the built-in granite wet bar.  Beyond that, an area already set up as a home theater.  Turn a corner and there is more space, including gobs of storage.  There is a den with another attached full bathroom that could easily double as a bedroom.  Another finished room is set up as an exercise room.

Outside, enjoy the greenest lawn on the block thanks to the automated sprinkler system.  For further outdoor enjoyment, there is a wood deck off the sunroom.  All this on an end, cul-de-sac lot.

The community of Fair Crest is convenient to Route 66, Route 29 and the Fairfax County Parkway.  Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts.

This incredible home will wow you.  It is a Short Sale, but don't let that keep you away.  I am an experienced Northern Virginia Short Sale Listing Agent and have a 100% success rate in getting Short Sale Approval on the Contracts of my Short Sale Listings.

Thanks, June.  We've already have three showings and have only been on the market two days.

Vicki:  I think it will.

It is an awesome house!  When the sellers were showing me around, the phrase, "But wait...there's more," came to be used alot...particulary in the basement.  It feels like it goes on forever.

That is a great new listing.  And I completely understand why that sunroom is their favorite room in the home.  It's so inviting.

The sunroom was my favorite room too.  The wood blinds are a nice accent to the windows.

Now up to 5 showings within 48 hours.  I know you said 1 week on the market.  I figured it would be about 30 days.   But less than 48 hours before a real offer came in is a bit unreal.

Great job Chris Ann.   I am not going to let Deloris read this description or she will refuse to the sell the house!

David: With the condition of your home, I am not surprised by the amount of traffic, or the offers.  And I'm glad you like the write up.
