This is great information.  Thank you for sharing.  I am happy to hear that soneone is cracking down on these lenders.    I just recently had a bad deal with an agent using Guaranteed Rate and was very unhappy when their district manager Steve Romano would not even return so much as one of my calls, emails or faxes.  Very unprofessional in my opinion.    I wanted to file a complaint against a manager in their Mokena office, but noone there even cared to listen.   What good is a district manager when all they want to do is brush things undder the rug?   I aked for the brokers 031 number 3 times and they still haven't given it to me.
