Since the last Whittier Real Estate Snapshot (07/06/10), 38 residential properties were listed in Whittier - 34 Whittier Single Family Homes (ranging from $199,000 to $729,777) and 4 Condos (ranging from $130,000 to $293,000). Of these 38 Whittier properties, 5 are Short Sale Listings, 11 are Bank Owned properties.
There were a total of 8 Whittier Properties that successfully closed Escrow last week (from 07/06/10 to 07/12/10), 6 Single Family Residences and 2 Condos. Of the 6 Whittier homes that sold, the lowest sold for $265,000 (Short Sale, $192.45 per sqft, 142 Days on Market), the highest sold for $400,000 (Standard Sale, $263.68 per sqft, 42 Days on Market).
