They're sure in the market to sell and most of them end up listing with an agent.

They spend their time trying to tell a FSBO what a great agent they are and what a great job they'll do for them if they'll just sign a listing agreement. Ho hum!
Why do they start out FSBO and end up listing? because somewhere along the way they finally figure out that selling a home is one hell of a lot harder than they thought it would be.
But the key here is that they must come to this realization in their own good time. You cannot talk them out of it before then.
