It is always important to note that when you are getting ready to sell or list your home if you are going to paint it to freshen things up, be sure to paint all of the walls and not just halfway up them.
I was showing a house in and around Gordon Head, Victoria B.C. (not my listing) to a client of mine and as we were about to head downstairs to the main floor I noticed that the light coming through the skylight highlighted the unfinished painting job! Now it is neither here nor there whether or not the house sold, ( we didn't buy it ) but it certainly has given me yet something else to share with my listing clients as well as any future clients that I will have.
The beauty of life is that we are always learning on many levels!
