St. Bernadette Carnival 2010 August 3rd-August 7th

St Bernadette Church Carnival

It's carnival time in Morris Cove!! The annual St. Bernadette Carnival starts on Tuesday, August 3rd and runs through Saturday August 7th 2010 on the church grounds at 385 Townsnd Avenue.

The carnival is a favorite event in Morris Cove and fun for the whole family with rides, games, food and entertainment.

All night wristbands are $20.00

Carnival Hours

Tuesdy - Friday 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Saturday - 3:00 pm - 9:00

St. Bernadette Carnival 2010 August 3rd-August 7th

Raffle tickets are on sale for $3.00 with a total of four (4) prizes to be awarded.

First prize - $1,000

Second prize - $250

Third prize - $250

Fourth prize - $100

The drawing for the winning tickets will be on Saturday August 7th at 7:00 pm

Donna, the summer carnival season is in full swing in major parking lots all over this state. I am always amazed at how much time it takes to set one up, usually 2-3 days, obviously for safety concerns, and when they disassemble it, it's gone in hours.

Donna.. This sounds like it was a lot of fun. I love carnivals, and so do my sons. We were at the Cape when this was going on.. maybe next year we can make it.

Ed - It sure is...There's been 4 carnivals like this already not far from me. It's amazing the amount of trucks, equipment and how many days it takes to put it all together and then poof the next day it's all gone.

George - I plan on going to a couple. There's only so much fried dough I can eat! :) Good thing my granddaughter is in Florda on vacation, otherwise I'd be going to all of them!!

Valerie - The carnival ends tomorow night but I'm sure if I'm going to get there this year.
