Commercial Real Estate Index Continues Rise in Second Quarter

I have found a forward-looking index for the commercial real estate market recorded its ninth consecutive improvement in the second quarter, according to the National Association of Realtors®. Released from WASHINGTON, August 21, 2007 -

It seems the commercial sector is building steam, I am looking forward to building my business by capturing some of this momentum, and turning it into income, carefully. I would recommend that residential agents learn about the legal pitfalls associated with commercial sales. The stakes are high and one mistake can ruin your business or land you in court.
