While the number of homes selling decreased the average selling price increased from $522,194 in June to $537,364 in July or a 30% increase. There was an increase in the average days on the market from 59 days in June to 103 days in July. Of the 23 new construction home sales in Franklin TN that closed in July, 7 of those were in Avalon and 8 of those were in Westhaven.
