Just published the September edition. While it was tough finding positive trends under current economic conditions, things are trending upward, albeit is slowly, and there are many markets that are not only stabilized but both housing sales and prices are on the rise. We also looked at migration/relocation trends in this issue and the impact its having on certain markets, and also reported really positive trending in the lodging industry. For those of you who are commercial practitioners, hotel sales have already begun to pick up and are projected to continue to trend upward in 2011, which is right around the corner.
