Durbin Crossing New Home Community in Jacksonville FL

Durbin Crossing is a 2,000 acre new home community in St. Johns County in the Jacksonville area. There are nine new home builders in Durbin Crossing. The homes range from 1450 sf starter homes priced in the $180,000s by Mattamy Homes, to luxury homes by Toll Brothers over 4000 sf priced in the low $500,000s. There are two Amenity Centers, Tennis, Basketball, Playground and miles of walking/biking.

Kathleen, the prices combined with low interest rates make Jacksonville one of Florida's most affordable cities.

Steve, correct on both points. New homes mean jobs and they are so much more energy efficient than my 13 year old home. Makes me want to buy a new one!

Gary, there is so much land left to develop in the Jacksonville area and the schools in St. Johns and Clay Counties are so good that they are highly desirable.

Caron's Gateway, the entrance is just an indication of how nice the rest of the community is.

Tammy, it is a neighborhood and it was named after a creek that runs in the area. Not sure where the name came from but it was no doubt some early family who lived around there. It is a beautiful entrance, isn't it? Happy Labor Day!
