This market condition is another cycle to educate ourselves. This is the time to truly understand the needs of our clients and really focus on how you can help them. It is time to educate again ourselves as Realtors. Don't panic on what is happening with the lending business. Learn from other people's mistakes and find a way to improve it. I always believe that if you have passion and care for helping people in the Real estate business, you will always find a better way.
Never underestimate yourself as Realtors. Remember that you have a license and that you worked hard and was successful in getting to where you are now. Everyone in this business can help to make the Real Estate Industry better than ever. Just remember when making decisions in everything that you do regardless if you are a direct lender, loan officer, appraisers, escrow officers, title representatives, or Realtors, always think of what will it do to people's lives. Will it help them be successful or will it bring them down? The more you invest on other people's lives, the more success you can get from it.
Believe me, whatever you do to others is what will be done to you... Special notes to Lenders, people really need you now than ever. Start making better decisions for people that are asking for your considerations. Help them recover and they will remember the courtesy they received from you.
