Speechless Sunday (Almost)--Colors to Signal the End of Summer!

It's coming...Fall will be making a comeback next week...it's Minnesota's perfect season. Okay that may only be my opinion but I love fall in our beautiful state with the cooler breezes of the lakeshore and the bright spectrum of yellows, golds and reds that radiate off the brilliant blue sky. While the leaves are not in full color yet, there is a hint of color on a few trees. But the weather forecast for the week is typical fall...some sun, a few raindrops and 70's during the day! Enjoy the season...Remember we often get the first snow of the season in October! BRRR...

Teri, we see the signs of Fall here also. I have to say I am so glad. Give me 6 weeks and I'll be complaining about being cold. We have a short Spring and Fall here and so our major Seasons are Summer and Winter. We do have lots of beautiful country to help us make it. Nice photo work!

Richard--I heard in FL most the leaves just turn brown and fall off...not the brilliant colors we see in Minnesota. I think you have a few more weeks than we do before the leaves change. :)

Juli--I too, would miss the fall colors if I moved to a warmer climate...but not the snow so much! That is not much of  a worry for you in the desert either.
