I was positive our games would be canceled Tuesday as we had a long hard rain. However,I checked the diamonds at 3:30 and although muddy, the city said "play ball" We only had nine players so I was moved to the infield and played 2nd base! I had not played much 2nd base since Nixon was president!
Anyway, despite the mud and slick basepaths, we had a good time even though we lost both games. I only had 2 plays at 2nd and made them both , then went home!
