Waterway Condos are located on the corner of Hwy US One, Golfview Rd and the Intracoastal Waterway. There are two buildings with 40 units in each building with four floors in each building. There is a clubhouse with pool, tennis court, day dock, and picnic tables and grills under the banyan tree.
Application for approval is $100 and takes 2 to 3 weeks. One pet is allowed up to 20 lbs. No pick-up trucks or recreation vehicles are allowed. Extra vehicles and guests park in guest parking spaces.
Waterway Condos are located across the Intracoastal Waterway from the North Palm Beach Country Club where you can play golf on the recently reconditioned Jack Nicklaus golf course, practice your swing on the driving range, catch a few tennis matches, enjoy the Olympic sized swimming pool with high dives or relax in the Bar and Restaurant.
