There is some very good information within the article for when you are considering a remodeling job.

I would also like to suggest that you ask your contractor for some before and after photos of jobs that they have completed as well as a referral list of clients that you may contact and ask them some questions about the job that was done for them.

Also, you may want to check out different Home and Garden Shows like the one we have in our area usually in Febuary of each year at the Belle-Clair Fairgrounds.
